Task Risk Assessment

"Task Risk Assessment" course conducted by G&I Training Academy is approved by IIRSM - International Institute of Risk and Safety Management of Great Britain. 

Introduction

The course is designed to provide a clear understanding of the principles and purpose of Risk Assessment procedure and enable key personnel to identify hazards, evaluate the risks and specify appropriate controls. The course consists of classroom theory, demonstrations and desktop exercises. A written assessment concludes the session. To successfully complete the course delegates must be able to read and write either in English, Azeri or Russian.

• Glossary of terms used in risk assessment process
• Legislative requirements with respect to Risk Assessment
• The ALARP Process
• Identification of hazards and probability
• Competency and appropriate level of expertise
• Assessment requirements for low and high risk activities
• Risk Assessment Matrix
• Evaluation of risks and specifying control measures
• Hierarchy of Control Measures 
• Risk Assessment group exercises

IIRSM Approved Certificate will be provided to each participant upon completion of the course.
